Yurel Zarnthaskar (Fated)
Yurel is the Captain of the Wall-Watch in the Carceri gate-town of Curst. Of course, his job is less about letting people in so much as preventing them from leaving.
Yurel might be the only NPC who EVERYONE hated, for entirely different reasons.
